Winter Meditation Series
“Take a breath, take a seat, and take some time for yourself. In this calming four-week course, you’ll learn and practice different meditation techniques—building a well-rounded foundation for your own daily practice. Each class includes guided instruction, a group meditation, and a closing sharing circle where participants can reflect and connect from the heart. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers space to explore, grow, and simply be.
Dates: Tuesdays, 6 to 27 January 2026
Time: 5:45 to 6:45 pm
Spaces: limited to 10 participants
Level: All welcome
Cost: $30 for the series. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Women's 2026 Deep Dive Information Session
Calling all female yogis, healers, witches, intellects, body practitioners, community leaders & developers, teachers, speakers of truth, forces of nature, meditators, those in recovery, innovators, and well…..You!
A Deep Dive into Feminine Embodiment: A New Template for Living is more than just a yoga class immersion — it is a sacred container for women to remember, reclaim, and reimagine how we live in our bodies and in the world. This program is the weaving together of ancient yogic philosophy, the science and technology of yoga, and feminine wisdom with the wild medicine of the earth — where embodiment, sounding, meditation, and even the simple act of being barefoot become portals to awakening. We are gathering now because the world is calling for a new template, one rooted in presence, connection, and reciprocity with life. This is for women because our voices, our bodies, and our ways of knowing are essential to shaping the future that is emerging — and 2026 is the year we step fully into that creation, together.
