  • Foundational Power w/ Adam Zaykoski

    Build strength from the ground up in this dynamic and focused practice. Foundation Power explores how intentional foundation building creates stability, confidence, and freedom in the body. Through steady sun salutations and thoughtfully layered sequences, students will investigate how strong foundations allow for the full expression and embodiment of postures.

    Expect a practice that is both playful and strong, inviting curiosity while cultivating power and resilience. A central element of the class is a dedicated focus on ujjayi breathing, using the breath to anchor attention, build internal heat, and support sustained movement.

    This class is designed for students who want to deepen their relationship to alignment, breath, and strength while discovering how true power arises from a steady and intentional base.

  • Day Long Mini Retreats

    Spring Outdoor Walking & Seated Meditation

    Join Andrea for a 2.5-hour outdoor mini retreat rooted in connection to the earth and the natural world. Through alternating periods of walking and seated meditation, we’ll slow down and attune to the rhythm of our steps, the breath, and the living landscape around us.

    Walking meditation invites a direct, sensory connection with the ground beneath your bare feet, while seated practice offers space to rest in stillness and presence. Together, these practices support a deeper sense of support, calm, and reconnection.

    Open to all levels, this is an opportunity to step outside, settle in, and come back into relationship with yourself and the land. Pre-registration is required
