Thursday

  • 9:15 - 10:15 am - all levels w/ Andrea (no class on Christmas & New Years Day)

Friday

  • 9:15 - 10:15 am - all levels w/ Andrea

  • 5:45 - 6:45 pm - all levels women’s class w/ Andrea (no class Dec 26th)

Saturday

  • 8 - 9 am - core yoga w/ Sara
    (limited series, November-December 2025)

  • 9:15 - 10:15 am - all levels w/ Andrea
