  • 5:45 - 6:45 pm - beginners w/ Caroline (ON PAUSE UNTIL JULY 16th))

Friday

  • 9:15 - 10:15 am - all levels w/ Andrea (Jamie subs 6/26 & 7/3)

Saturday

  • 9:15 - 10:30 am - intermediate yoga w/ Andrea (Adam subs 6/20 & 6/27. NO CLASS 7/4…Happy 4th of July!!)

Sunday

  • 9:15 - 10:30 am - intermediate yoga w/ Andrea (Adam subs 6/21; Jamie subs 7/5)

Class descriptions:

all levels & foundational power yoga - suitable for students of all levels & experience

intermediate yoga - for those with a firm yoga foundation who wish to deepen their practice

yoga foundations - for those new to yoga or returning after a long hiatus, who want to learn key yoga concepts & poses
